Hi, I'm back and I'm the first one to post- yay!!!

I talk to Sam about wanting to try again thinking that *THIS* will be the time when he caves in and he doesn't. THAT hurts, but I can't stop.

Monica

Ouch Monica..that is beyond painful. I'm glad you are back. I hope things weren't too bad. I'm sure it was a difficult time.

slouching mom

oh, monica. that is so poignant.

i'll say still poring over girl names in baby books. there's no baby in my future, and even if there were, it wouldn't be a girl!

Monica

Slouching mom,

I know and I remember your post about the dress. I'm sorry.

I lurk on a lot of multiple blogs. Triplets, quads, twins ... when we lost Lydia, we lost more than her - we lost our "twins". And while we still have Ruby ... well, I still wonder what it would be like to have them both, to have twins.

It's a miserable little hobby.

niobe

Is there something you do that hurts but you do it anyway?

Uh, keep on living. Does that count?

Becky

I read pregnancy books.

I know that I shouldn't and I hide them in my nightstand so that Derick won't know because he's taken them away from me in the past. It kills me to read, but I can't stop. It's like an obsession...I need to know exactly what I lost.

Lori

It irks me to no end when women say they have fertility issues but have multiple children already! Puhleeze!
You know what I do that makes me miserable.....I keep imagining what Logan would be doing now. Hold old he would be, what he would be wearing, etc. It's really bad when I wake up in the wee hours of the morning and can't go back to sleep. It's like I'm obsessed about it. As a matter of fact, I was thinking about writing a blog about it this morning.

magpie

I love snarky.

I hope your colonoscopy went well. I found that the prep was worse than the procedure.

BasilBean

Um, why did you have to have a colonoscopy (just wondering, since usually they do these on people who are much older...I understand if you don't want to answer).

Something I do that hurts...
I dream of the ways that I will decorate the nursery. In reality, we probably won't set up a nursery until there is an actual living baby in the house (if that ever happens).

Monica

Basilbean,

I'm always constipated!! It turns out I share something in common with Hank Hill. I have an usually long colon.
